(3) The concrete strength grade of reinforced concrete foundation structures shall not be lower than C18, and the concrete strength grade of plain concrete foundation structures shall not be lower than C13. 5. At degrees 8 and 9, the seismic bearing capacity of the foundation structure for horizontal containers shall be checked; the basic combination of the standard value effects of seismic actions and other load effects can be determined in accordance with the relevant provisions of this standard, while the standard value of horizontal seismic actions can be calculated as specified in the codes. 6. For the damping ratio of horizontal vessel structures, 0.05 can be used.
