How to cut and shape the spherical corners of a square box

As shown in the diagram, for the front view of the rectangular box, each edge needs to be bent with a radius of R15, and each corner requires a spherical corner with a radius of R15. The left and right end caps are cut separately; how can the unfolded outlines of the edges and spherical corners be drawn in the cutting diagram? Are there any other methods to create spherical corners?
The design has become too complicated; I don’t think it’s necessary, and it doesn’t solve any real problems either. Debris will still accumulate.
A right angle will do; this seems to be a glove box?
The key is that our clients are from a certain unit of the People’s Army; military orders require that this must be done! The inner and outer layers also need to be polished to 1.6! ! !
Polishing is necessary; you can choose brushed stainless steel or mirror-polished stainless steel. I’m not sure if there are standard components available for spherical surfaces
The vision is sharp, but the spherical angle is something specified by the client as being mandatory; if a right angle is used, then there’s no point in posting this
Mold making for large quantities. Single piece, with four edges folded at R15; there is a slight difference in the so-called spherical angles at the vertices, but this should be acceptable.
