Our unit is carrying out maintenance work on the equipment, and it is necessary to service the heat exchangers. What tasks need to be carried out? What are the specific requirements?
1. The tube bundle of heat exchangers that have reached their service life needs to be replaced. The typical service life of a heat exchanger tube bundle is 3 years. 2. Heat exchangers that experience tube bundle leakage or perforation during the production process require their tube bundles to be replaced. 3. Heat exchangers in normal use require core extraction for cleaning. 4. After completing the above 3 tasks, the heat exchanger that has been modified must be pressure-tested. The old tube bundle is pressurized to 1.25 times the operating pressure, while the new tube bundle is pressurized to 1.5 times the operating pressure. 5. A more advanced approach is to use a cleaning agent for online cleaning. That’s about it.
