What does it mean by 27 points for a elbow as mentioned in the text?
I don’t understand. The thickness measurement should be done at as many points as the inspection agency determines; what does it matter to you? Does everything like this have to be specified in the contract?
Are you afraid of failing the test if too many tests are done, or are you worried of suffering losses if too few tests are conducted?
Isn’t it charged by the number of clicks? Too many clicks mean more cost, while too few don’t meet the requirements.
