The riser and downcomers connect the evaporator and the drum (steam drum). The general contractor has now subcontracted the pipelines between the evaporator and the drum to an equipment factory for design and supply. So, is the design of the pipeline between the evaporator and the drum (steam drum) a pressure pipeline or a pressure vessel responsible for supervisory inspection? If it is a pressure pipeline, does the design require corresponding pressure pipeline design qualifications?

No, this thing is just a part of the boiler, according to the requirements of the "Pot Regulations"
The bottom is the evaporator (shell and tube heat exchanger), and the top is the drum (steam drum). It is different from the traditional power station boiler with a heating surface and water-cooled wall. Should it be counted as the internal pipeline of the evaporation system? Vessels heated by direct flames are not within the scope of pressure vessels, and internal pipes of boilers, pressure vessels and heating furnaces and external pipe connections of equipment are not within the scope of pressure pipes.
