(1) Standards for a functional control valve: 1. The components or accessories are in good condition; 2. The nameplate is clear and error-free; the instrument tag is properly attached ; 3. Fasteners are not loose, and the air supply pipe is securely fixed ; 4. No leaks in the filler, valve body, connection flanges, or air supply ; 5. The wiring terminals are firm and reliable, the cables are well-sealed, and there is no rust inside the junction box ; 6. The handwheel mechanism, manual components, and moving parts are flexible; the handwheel and manual components are in the automatic position ; 7. The equipment itself is clean, free of rust, and the labels are intact and not expired ; 8. The air source pressure meets the requirements specified on the nameplate ; 9. The valve performance meets the specified performance criteria and satisfies the process requirements. (II) Standards for intact instruments: 1. Parts or accessories are in good condition ; 2. The nameplate is clear and error-free; the instrument tag is properly attached ; 3. Fasteners are not loose ; The table body, pressure transfer pipes, and protection box are firmly fixed ; 4. No leaks at the table body, pressure transfer pipes, and other sealing areas ; 5. The wiring terminals are firm and reliable, the cables are well-sealed, and there is no rust inside the junction box ; 6. The equipment itself is clean, free of rust, and the labels are intact and not expired ; 7. Explosion-proof instruments meet the relevant technical requirements. 8. The insulation and heating systems are in good condition; there is no exposed area or abnormal steam leakage ; 9. The performance of the instruments meets the specified performance criteria and satisfies the process requirements ; 10. The calibration gas (standard solution) or other reagents for the analytical instruments are normal.
