Is there a standard inspection and maintenance cycle for large storage tanks?

After a recent accident caused by a gas holder leak in Zhangjiakou Shenghua Chemical Industry, an inspection found that the gas holder was not maintained on time, and pointed out that the maintenance cycle of the gas holder is 2 to 5 years. Many of our large storage tanks here are more than ten years old. Apart from the repair and replacement of instruments, there are no other problems. I would like to ask, is the maintenance cycle of large storage tanks the same? Because every device has a certain service life, it can’t always go without problems, right?

This is for pressure vessels. What about normal temperature and normal pressure storage tanks? Such as oil storage tanks, acid-base storage tanks, etc.
