1. TSG 08 stipulates that when the number of special equipment exceeds 50, a safety management organization must be established, and the person in charge of special equipment safety must hold the required certification”； “For more than 20 units, full-time safety management personnel for special equipment are required.’ How should pressure pipelines be counted in this tally? Now there is only 1 registration certificate – should the statistics be based on the certificates or on the number of pressure pipelines? 2. TSG08 stipulates that \"units using special equipment shall assign an appropriate number of safety managers based on the quantity and characteristics of such equipment.\" Regarding the number of safety managers for special equipment, there is a requirement that \"the number of safety managers for special equipment shall be no less than 1 per 25 units.\" Where does this requirement come from? Without any regulatory requirements, how should the setup be arranged?
As long as 20 people are available, an organization is established; it’s just a matter of a document issued by the company. As for pressure pipelines, it isn’t clearly specified; you can calculate it based on the usage permit.
