(2) Proper maintenance: Fill and change oil correctly according to the lubrication schedule, keep the oil passages unobstructed, and maintain cleanliness of oil lines, gaskets, and filters ; Clean thoroughly to keep the equipment clean both inside and outside, free from oil stains and dirt, so that the paint shows its true color and the metal is visible ; Perform level 1 maintenance as specified. (3) Ability to conduct inspections: Understand the accuracy standards for equipment, know the accuracy inspection items related to the manufacturing process, and be able to make appropriate adjustments ; The safety protections and insurance devices will be checked. (4) Fault elimination: It is able to detect abnormal conditions in the equipment through unusual sounds, temperatures, and operating patterns, determine the location and cause of these abnormalities, and take timely actions to eliminate the faults ; In the event of an accident, participate in the analysis to determine its causes, learn from the experience, and implement preventive measures.
