In a floating roof tank, the floating roof rises and falls depending on the liquid level. When the liquid level in the tank is low, if it rains heavily, will all the rainwater end up inside the tank? Is there some drainage system designed into the tank for this purpose? I’m not very familiar with it; those who know could share, thanks
