Control minimum pressurization temperature (MPT)
It is important to observe the MPT (minimum pressure rise temperature) as required for reactors made of 2 1/4Cr–1Mo steel. The pressure on the high-pressure separator shall not exceed 30% of the normal operating pressure until the reactor wall temperature has risen above the minimum temperature level specified by the reactor supplier.
