In clause 8.3.1 a) of GB/T 150.3-2024, it is specified that \"if there are 3 or more adjacent openings on the shell, the distance between the centers of any two openings (for curved surfaces, this distance is to be calculated in terms of arc length) should be no less than twice the sum of the diameters of those two openings.\" For small devices, such as those with openings on their caps, this requirement cannot be met. What should be done in such cases? Is there an explanation for this one?
The reinforcement calculation has passed! Overall reinforcement!
Failing to meet the requirements for joint reinforcement per 8.4.1. In my opinion, it should be determined whether a single opening exists based on whether the reinforcement areas between the two holes overlap, rather than based on the diameter of the opening.

I really don’t understand the purpose of including this statement in the standards; previous versions didn’t have such a requirement, and it wasn’t covered in the training provided by the Standards Approval Committee.

Why are the conditions for joint reinforcement not met?
The spacing should be no less than twice the sum of the diameters of the two holes; in other words, it should be greater than the sum of the effective widths of the reinforcement areas (this is generally the case, except for very small connections or those with thick wall thicknesses). Since the reinforcement areas do not overlap with each other, they do not meet the requirements for combined reinforcement, at least that’s what I think
If the reinforcement areas do not overlap, then reinforcement is carried out per hole.
