To meet the technical requirements for developing wide-width Hastelloy coils, the project team’s engineers conducted theoretical research and, taking into account actual production conditions, devised a reasonable technical solution. Starting with the selection of raw materials and improving the refining techniques used in the two-step melting process, they determined the key processes for producing ingots with high weight and high purity ; By systematic research, the key process parameters for true thermal deformation are identified to ensure the rationality and stability of the thermoforming process ; Focusing on the mechanism of coordinated control in high-precision strip cold rolling and heat treatment, systematic innovative research was conducted in three areas: the stress-strain characteristics of wide-width Hastelloy strips, temperature field control in continuous rolling lines, metal microstructure evolution control, and the digitalization of manufacturing equipment.
