What information is required for the forged flanges, which are the main pressure-bearing components in pressure vessels? For example, for a DN450DE 16Mn forged flange, a material certificate, an ultrasonic test report, and a heat treatment report are required – what else is needed?

(contents included in the quality certification documents)
