The static equipment section cannot be accessed properly

The static equipment section has not been accessible for many days; one can only get in by accessing previous posts.
I gave it a try, and I was able to enter normally

Oops, there was a problem with the access; bbs.hcbbs.com has redirected you too many times. Try deleting the website’s cookies and cache and try again
Click on the top of the website; the “Mechanical – Static Equipment” section is inaccessible – only that section doesn’t work, while everything else is fine. It can only be accessed by opening previous old posts and then navigating to the higher-level directory.
Mechanical equipment – stationary devices that can be opened properly
Is my end being blocked by that section?
