The competition between CSSC First Heavy Industries and CSSC Second Heavy Industries for the billion-yuan worth contract related to hydrogenation reactors in the Guoneng Yulin project – read it in full immersion using a novel reader. Details are as follows: First winning bidder: ERIC (Deyang) Heavy Equipment Co., Ltd. Bid price (in ten thousand RMB): 8487.570000. Second winning bidder: CRCC Dalian Nuclear Power & Petrochemical Co., Ltd. Bid price (in ten thousand RMB): 9072.700000. Price difference between CRCC and ERIC: 585.13 ten thousand RMB ； Difference rate: 6.89%. The scope of this project’s bidding includes 1 hydrogenation refining reactor and 1 hydrogenation reforming reactor, as well as the accompanying accessories, internals, spare parts, inspection, transportation, technical services, and on-site welding. The performance requirement is that, from December 2017 to the bid deadline (subject to the contract signing date), the bidder must have at least two records of supplying hydrogenation reactors with an inner diameter of ≥Φ4000mm, a wall thickness of ≥160mm, and a shell forging material of 12Cr2Mo1V (or 2.25Cr1Mo0.25V, or SA336F22V), such reactors having been in operation for 1 year or more. According to the relevant information, the two reactors are expected to require on-site welding work, with a delivery period of 14 months.
