The project achieved a successful first run in July 2025, and qualified products were produced in September of the same year. Tests conducted by authoritative institutions confirmed that the product specifications met all the requirements of the G5 grade for electronic-grade isopropanol. In early 2026, high-purity isopropanol was introduced to the South Korean market, and the monthly production and sales volume of the facility exceeded 1,000 tons for the first time; the quality of the product received high praise from overseas customers. Tianhua Institute focuses on the key objectives of removing metal ions and achieving process parameters at the 10ppt level. Through structural design and innovations in equipment technology, it addresses the issue from the design stage itself, preventing the precipitation of metal ions and impurities and eliminating ion contamination during the production process.
