Small-scale heat transfer oil heating equipment

I want to build a small device of my own that uses electrically heated heat transfer oil to warm glue. Are there any mature devices? The main consideration is that the temperature should not be too high, as heating the glue directly facilitates cutting.
There are mature devices available nowadays, including electromagnetic multi-point heating and heat pipe heating.
