Some time ago, I built a methanol separator with a design pressure of 6.1 NPa and a design temperature of 100 degrees Celsius; the working media in it are syngas and crude methanol. Syngas components: H2 66.985% ; CO 10.034% ; CH3OH 0.723% ; CO2 2.782% ; N2 9.957% ; CH4 5.291% ; Ar 4.0835% ; H2O 0.145% ; Hydrogen partial pressure 3.1~4.0 MPa (G). Crude methanol component: CH3OH 96.28% ; H2O 3.72%. The toxicity value shown in the data sheet provided by the manufacturer is classified as highly hazardous, but according to standard specifications and previous methanol separators, it should be considered moderately hazardous. Could someone please tell me which category this should be assigned to? What is a sentence?

Regarding methanol, although it poses a moderate level of hazard and this equipment is used for methanol separation, both H2 and methanol are flammable and explosive substances; however, H2 is not a toxic substance.
