Simple suspension basket at the construction site

After the equipment is in place at the construction site, the hooks and ropes must be removed; moreover, a construction and safety plan needs to be developed for the temporary suspension basket that has been constructed. Are there any special requirements? The GB/T19155--2017 standard does not specify the requirements for such lifting cages, but these types of lifting devices are often used at many construction sites. I would appreciate it if experts could provide some guidance!
Is it the construction plan for installing and removing the suspension basket? Should we still go with the plan to remove the hook and get the rope?
