As the title suggests, what is the steel consumption per ton of steam in a waste heat boiler with a flue gas temperature of 980 degrees Celsius? Let’s discuss it based on previous discussions about boilers!
How much temperature difference should be prepared, and what should be the flue gas flow rate?

It seems we’ll need to add a economizer. What is the temperature of the incoming flue gas? Are there any requirements regarding the space for the waste heat boiler?
