It doesn’t seem to be a picture of a single device. Judging from the last photo, the position of the notch in the baffle is not optimal, making it difficult to insert pipes
The last one is the expensive heat exchanger material: titanium.
In the welding shown in the third image, it seems that it’s about to affect the trimming line.
The workmanship seems okay; thumbs up.

The second diagram appears to show asymmetric piping, with fairly large pipe openings; I wonder if the flow area has been taken into consideration?

Just a random remark: The factory building does not meet the standards; it fails to comply with the requirements for clean factories. There are specific requirements in this regard. Many people don’t pay attention to this, and I think this is perhaps the reason why our products fail to meet the theoretical corrosion resistance requirements.
You seem to have disappeared. Do you still make heat exchangers?
If it’s titanium, the workshop isn’t suitable; anodization should be done instead
