Dude, if I use Q345R for the cylinder, and TA2 for the tube box heads, tube sheets, and heat exchange tubes, will that work? It’s a seawater-crude oil heat exchanger, with seawater flowing in the tube side and crude oil flowing in the shell side. Are there any welding issues when using ta2 and q345 in this way? Is it feasible, or are there any suggestions?

The tube sheet is made of TA2; there are no requirements regarding the minimum thickness of the cylinder inside the heat exchanger, as long as the conventional requirements are met
Are you referring to the tube sheet shell or the shell-side shell? If it’s the tube sheet, then the end caps are made of TA2; in that case, there’s no reason for the tube sheet shell and flanges to be made of alloy steel as well.
Except for the shell-side cylinder Q345R, everything else is TA2
Bro, how do I calculate this? I used formulas to do the calculations, but I couldn’t find the negative deviation in the thickness of ta2. So the way I calculate it afterward is different from how it’s calculated for ordinary carbon steel
