Cooler tube bundle lining

We installed a condensation cooler, and the documentation states that the tube bundle has an inner lining. Can’t there be water vapor in the containment?
This lining should be corrosion-resistant, right? It doesn’t seem like one should be afraid of water vapor. How thick must the lining be according to the poster’s understanding? How can heat exchange then take place?
The purpose of lining the heat exchanger tube bundle is to prevent corrosion, and its heat exchange efficiency will inevitably be affected to varying degrees; when necessary, graphite heat exchangers can be used directly. The use of graphite heat exchangers not only solves the corrosion problem but also improves heat transfer efficiency.
Basically, no one uses an inner lining for corrosion protection in tubes, as it reduces heat transfer efficiency; however, there is a coating... which improves heat transfer efficiency
Generally, the lining is an anti-corrosion lining, right?
