As the title suggests, based on my current understanding, as long as it is of a semi-volumetric type, there is a cylinder inside for heat exchange; this cylinder functions as a guide cylinder. So, a “flow-guiding positive-displacement heat exchanger” is actually the same thing as a “flow-guiding semi-positive-displacement heat exchanger”. The seniors said, am I understanding correctly?
I work in sales and I’m new to the field, so my explanations might not be very professional. I hope those with more experience can understand what I mean.

In contrast, guide-type semi-volumetric heat exchangers, in addition to having a shell, also feature internal guide baffles or devices designed to make the water temperature more uniform; as a result, their internal structure is more complex and their manufacturing is more difficult.
What are the structural differences between semi-volumetric heat exchangers and flow-guiding volumetric heat exchangers?
Traditional volume-type, semi-volume-type heat exchangers and flow-guiding type heat exchangers are similar in structure; the only difference is that the flow-guiding type includes flow-guiding devices inside the cylinder, which eliminate dead zones within the tank and result in a more uniform water temperature.
