The size of the heat exchanger tubes is not clear, so I can’t calculate it.
This is the cooler for 46# engine oil: According to convention, the material is stainless steel and the heat exchange tube is Φ25×2.5. Nowadays, the thermal design of this kind of heat exchanger is designed by Heat Exchanger Master.

The water volume in your working condition should be a bit small, 8-9 cubic meters/hour (above 135L/min). Turbine oil is calculated based on a density of 882 and a specific heat of 1.922. Board replacement model: BR02K-1.0/100-7.5 heat exchange area 7.5 square meters. Interface DN50 (please add QQ1035366037 if you are interested)
If you are doing engineering, it is not very appropriate to seek solutions like this.
For accurate design, CFD simulation analysis is essential.

You need to press 190 L/min, change 4000 kg/h to 9880 kg/h in the software, and click "Design Calculation" on the menu. Note: (190/1000) × 60 × 866.7 = 9880 kg/h The software has an Excel calculation report, which has been omitted and not sent. As for the manufacturing, there is nothing to say.
