When applying for the senior engineer (associate senior engineer) title, it generally falls under the specialized category of \"Chemical Process Control and Equipment\", which is part of the engineering field’s chemical engineering discipline group; in other words, the evaluation is carried out together with the specialties of instrumentation and automation as well as equipment design. When applying for a senior professional title (professor level), the chemical engineering discipline group in the engineering field generally does not further divide into specialized sub-groups; that is, specialties such as process engineering, automatic control, and equipment are evaluated together within the same group.
