Newcomers who are just starting to work with this topic: could anyone provide an Excel file containing the calculation procedures for heat exchangers with straight tubes (without fins)? Could you also suggest some resources that can be used as a reference for preparing such calculations? At present, there is only the version by Liu Jifu for the design of finned tube heat exchangers
This kind of thing doesn’t keep up with the trends of the times; it’s too outdated. So few people work on it these days.
