The quality of the furnace water has suddenly changed in these past two days; previously, both phosphate levels and pH were well under control. I’m hoping everyone can help me figure out the reason for this. Current status: Four 6-ton waste heat boilers, with a pressure of around 1 MPa ； Sodium hydroxide and trisodium phosphate are being added to the boiler water; the dosing pumps are working properly. The dosage has now been increased to three times the original level. The pH value has risen slightly, reaching 7.6 – it’s still below 10. The phosphate levels are very low, ranging from 1.1 to 0.7. There is no leakage at the sampling points, and the water is turbine condensate with a pH of 8.8 ； I would appreciate it if everyone could offer some guidance. Thank you all.
