The plate heat exchanger is corroded

The plate heat exchanger was installed in 2016. The plates have been corroded through, which has led to corrosion of the back plate as well. The media involved are molasses and CIP (3% concentration of nitric acid and alkali). Please analyze the reasons and suggest ways to resolve this issue I hope the experts can give their opinions
