Our company has recently installed a new 20-ton natural gas boiler, and I would like to know what is the maximum amount of steam that this boiler can produce
Generally, the maximum output can reach 110% of the rated output. However, nowadays there is excessive cutting of costs in production, to the point that even at 100% load the full output may not be achieved. The most extreme case I’ve seen was a 20-ton boiler that could only achieve an output of 15 tons~

The rated capacity is 20 t/h, but most units fail to meet this requirement.
For projects that have not yet started, performance metrics can be specified in the contract.
A 20-ton furnace produces 20 tons of steam. One reason why it is not possible to reach the rated output is the cost of the furnace; on the other hand, few people actually operate it at full capacity.
The evaporation capacity of a 20-ton natural gas boiler is 20 T/H of steam; however, such boilers can operate at full capacity.
