Eliminate smoke and rain drift

Smoke exhaust with rain, 140,000 cubic meters operating condition, 60 degrees. I would like to use a shell-and-tube heat exchanger to heat 10 kilograms of steam at 180 degrees Celsius to 90 degrees Celsius before discharging it. The purpose is, firstly, to eliminate rain-like droplets and, secondly, to get rid of white smoke. Please help me calculate the size of heat exchanger required. Thank you!
