Execution standards and ordering requirements for thick-walled tubes used in pressure vessels!

I would like to ask everyone: what standard applies to the thick-walled tubes used for S30408 ultra-low temperature pressure vessels? Currently, a pressure vessel with a pressure of 35 Mpa is required, with a cylinder diameter of 350 mm, a thickness of 75 mm, and a length of 1800 mm ； I am looking to purchase thick-walled pipes or forged products; could everyone please advise which manufacturing process is easier to control?
Thank you for your reply. I believe that the ordering requirements for thick-walled pipes used in pressure vessels should also comply with the standards GB13296 and GB/T14976. I am currently considering which standard would be suitable for the cylinder of low-temperature high-pressure vessels.

I really haven’t come across the standard you mentioned, but I’ve seen that the standards used for pressure vessels and heat exchangers are generally 13296 and 14976. What is the difference between these standards?
