How to choose between evaporation and boiling? Evaporation wasn’t chosen for the chemical unit operation, right? It is generally operated at a boiling state, such as for concentration. Because of the high boiling efficiency? Evaporation has no practical use; it only exists in nature, right? Are both three-effect evaporation and MVR in a boiling state?
It’s better to learn a bit more about it; I make this assertion for your reference.

I suggest you go back and read Chapter 6 on Evaporation in Volume 1 of \"Principles of Chemical Engineering\" carefully, and at least understand the basic concepts and principles first!
