To be honest, we have mobile cleaning machines like yours here. The idea is good, but in actual use the heat exchanger provides a very poor level of clarity; for now, all that can be done is clean the floor of the device. Currently, the heat exchanger is being cleaned, using 1 machine and 2 high-pressure washers.
I’ve been using small cleaning machines here to clean the tubes of graphite heat exchangers as well as the graphite blocks; as long as there is no blockage, the cleaning works fine. These are Swedish-made cleaning machines – those costing 50,000 to 60,000 yuan stop working after just a few uses. Outsourcing high-pressure cleaning involves using cleaning vehicles and equipment worth millions of dollars, with charges based on the area to be cleaned (any additional costs are to be borne by the workshop; outsourcing this service is generally avoided unless it is absolutely necessary). A friend upstairs recommended the Kächi machine, which is German-made and seems pretty good. I just got in touch with them; it’s cheaper than what we’re using currently, so I plan to buy one and give it a try. I also have a cleaner for washing blower impellers here, but its pressure isn’t high enough; it can only clean the impellers and the floor, etc. Thank you all
Is the pressure reduction too rapid? It is recommended to increase the pressure gradually.
