There is currently a 60m heat exchanger with over 700 tubes; what type of baffle would be most suitable? Traditional baffles present difficulties in threading the tubes, which hinders construction. Are there any new types of baffle designs available now?
It’s big enough! I’m not sure if it’s feasible from a technical standpoint to connect the equipment in segments through pipes. For reference.
Do you mean to make several heat exchangers?
Yes, there are many types of towers. Some of them are designed to reduce their height and thus the wind pressure, while others are structured in segments due to transportation constraints. Despite the additional material used, their functions still meet the required standards. Oh oh, I’m just an imitator; don’t take it seriously. I’m participating just for reference. ;P
I want to create one now that saves materials; the length should be 60 meters, but it’s not about the height or length. It should be spiral in shape, but not twisted. The issue with baffle plates cannot be resolved.
Is the heat exchange effect good with such a long length? The heat exchange tubes need to be spliced together. It’s difficult to transport and install, its heat exchange efficiency is poor, and it is prone to vibration and other issues. Why is it necessary to build this at all? Is it to create the largest possible device? Alas, the cost-effectiveness of the equipment still needs to be taken into consideration.

A path is required, similar to a shell-and-tube heat exchanger.
More than 700 tubes in a heat exchanger aren’t considered many; there are several companies in China that have handled heat exchangers with a diameter of around 5000
