Processing 10 t/h of air, using steam condensation heating, with a saturation temperature of 100. With air inlet and outlet temperatures of 30 and 40, a U-tube heat exchanger is required. I changed the processing volume, and it had little effect on the temperature; there was always a large margin of safety. I used 25×2.5 heat exchange tubes, and the calculated air flow rate was greater than 80. Is it not possible? Can 38×2 heat exchange tubes be used?
