Our physical scale prevention and removal equipment can prevent scaling on the feed liquid side, such as sodium sulfate scaling. We have a reboiler, and the material on the process side tends to crystallize. After 2 or 3 months of operation, severe scaling occurs on the walls, which reduces the heat exchange efficiency and leads to a significant decrease in steam consumption. What liquid causes scaling? Some types of scale cannot be removed, but the vast majority of inorganic salt scales can be prevented.
