1-Choice of chemical: Use a chemical that is capable of reacting without damaging the equipment itself. The presence of bubbles indicates that the chemical is still in effect; in the absence of bubbles, there are two possibilities: 1. It has been cleaned thoroughly. 2. The reagent is saturated. The experimental method involves throwing a small piece of scale into the chemical to see if there is any reaction, which will indicate the result.
2-Amount used: Determined by the degree of scaling. 3- Pump selection: Determined by the water circulation volume. 4-Flow control: Determined by the pump pressure. 5-Cycle time control: Determined by the degree of scaling. 6- After cleaning, rinse with water 1-2 times to prevent residues of chemicals from remaining in the equipment; if the equipment is not used for an extended period, these residual chemicals will react with oxygen in the air.
