It’s mainly dust and other debris in the air, such as willow fluff; these are concentrated on the inlet side. The side separated for maintenance looks quite clean. Try rinsing it with water, but it can’t be completely cleaned.
Oh oh, impressive courage! P actually used flame cutting – amazing. It looks okay on the surface; no need to clean it, right? ? ? When such heat exchangers require cleaning, the only option is chemical cleaning; to remove the debris that needs to be cleared from the samples, a solution that can dissolve it without corroding the equipment itself is used for soaking and rinsing. There’s no good solution when nothing works. I’m not sure how to use ultrasonic waves to clean large equipment; it might be worth asking for advice, just for reference.

Use chemical cleaning; if that doesn’t work, replacement is the only option. Next time, a primary filter should be installed at the air intake to prevent large particles from being drawn in, which could increase air resistance or cause blockages and damage to the fan.
Outside the pipe fins, clean with a high-pressure water gun; for the inside of the pipe, if the material is stainless steel SUS, it can be cleaned with dilute nitric acid, while carbon steel should be cleaned with an alkaline solution
