The company designs a liquid freezer with a refrigerant temperature of -35°~-45°. The frozen materials are seafood. It is equipped with 30 compressors and 4 tons of refrigerant. The evaporator is as shown in the figure. Find the evaporator area.
It is not air-cooled, but directly loads the evaporator with refrigerant.
If you don’t know how to design, you need to know how to play football ;P Just find a heat exchanger manufacturer and ask them the question: lol Oh,,,, it’s better to change your job, because sooner or later you will be in trouble, IMHO.
Process calculation data can be more detailed. How much cooling capacity can a 30 HP compressor provide at -40C? Or what medium is the refrigerant? flow? 4 tons is the overall filling volume?
