Our company uses cladded tube sheets only for the thermal leveling of tube sheets; the temperature used is roughly the same as that for annealing, around 600 degrees. I’m not sure whether this can be considered heat treatment. I think Article 8 refers to the cylinder body, which is a different thing from the cladding welding of the tube sheet
