Dear netizens, does anyone have information on manufacturers of devices that can make use of air compression? Please provide me with a few names; thank you. I’ve been checking the materials on this forum, and there are devices that use compressed heat to generate hot water. I’m not sure whether such devices are already mature. What is the cost-performance ratio of the product?
The use of compressed air waste heat to produce hot water depends on the requirements for heat quality at your site; it is necessary to consider the cost-effectiveness of the investment as a whole. It’s not just a matter of heat recovery exchange equipment, but rather the design and installation of an entire heat recovery system. I developed quite a few devices in this area over a decade ago; there are countless such engineering companies available online. You can also contact me via private message to chat; I can recommend a few to you
Thank you for your reply. I work for an engineering company, and I was interested in this type of equipment at the time; I have now obtained information about it through other channels. In previous projects, the factories generated a lot of thermal energy, so there was no need to make use of that excess heat; therefore, I never considered the possibility of utilizing the waste heat from air compressors. Now, with a new small project, I want to explore whether it is economically viable to do so.
I just noticed that your IP is also from Heilongjiang; I’m in Harbin. I’ve been working with this type of heat exchange equipment for many years, but I can’t handle entire systems. If you need any assistance, you can contact me via the phone number listed in my signature
It feels a bit useless; we used to have a company that wanted to implement waste heat recovery for us, so as to enable the reuse of hot water for bathing or for preheating. Overall, it’s still okay as an economical option
