A power plant company in Zhuhai plans to build a facility with a total capacity of 9 million kilowatts; the first phase will include 5 600MW coal-fired units, while the second phase will feature 4 1000MW coal-fired units. It is currently the largest thermal power generation project under planning in China. Units 6 and 7 of Taiwan Power’s Phase II project, each with a capacity of 1 million kilowatts, successfully passed the 168-hour trial operation in one go on March 29 and November 24, 2011, respectively. Factories tend to discharge wastewater over the long term, resulting in poor water quality and severe scaling. After research, the company decided to adopt physical scaling prevention methods. In 2016, after comparing various options, it selected our company’s frequency-scanning scaling prevention device. This device was installed and put into operation that same year. After four months of use, it not only helped to maintain stable water quality in the vacuum pump’s sealing system but also reduced the operational and maintenance costs associated with the vacuum pump. It ensured safe and stable operation, extended the equipment’s lifespan, and achieved the desired results, earning high praise from the manufacturer.
