I would like to ask my friends: what materials are pipes and valves in chemical plants usually made of? There are various chemical substances such as those used for wood preservation, copper sulfate, copper chloride, copper hydroxide, copper nitrate, etc., as well as copper carbonate and nickel carbonate – it’s so many that it’s hard to keep track. 1. “Range 0~0.2MPa ...... Transmitter (operating) range setting: -250~250Pa”? Really, is that how you use the gauge? Could it be that the unit was written incorrectly? 0.2 MPa = 200,000 Pa. 200,000 ÷ 250 = 800. If the unit was indeed written wrong, then you would have to scale down the value by 800 times when using the gauge, haha. You’re really good at scaling things down, aren’t you? :P 2. I guess the unit was still written incorrectly. The meter is fine; what’s the reading? The process pressure is just that value, so what’s there to \"fix\"........ :lol
