Is it automatic backwashing or manual backwashing? Why is there only one solenoid valve visible?
That’s it. Just now, a set of hydrocracking units was commissioned – they were designed by them; there are two solenoid valves, one on top and one on the bottom. Nitrogen is used for backwashing, or steam or washing oil (diesel) can also be used instead. Please check the station’s internal messages

Is insulation used for the line that carries backwash oil to the underground sludge tank? Will paraffin oil congeal in underground pipelines?
Heating must be added, and the automatic backwashing should include a backwashing sludge tank as well as a sludge pump for transporting the sludge away.
Is automatic backwashing effective? Can it remove the gelatinous substance inside? How often should one turn their head? The fastest I know is turning the head once a month.
