Dear friends, I have a question: is there any limit on the number of people who can change positions within the quality assurance system?
Generally, it should not be more than 20% at a time

There are no regulations regarding personnel changes; only rules exist for part-time positions. But with frequent staff changes, it’s definitely clear that there is high turnover and instability within the company. Quality control is also difficult to ensure properly.
