How to process and shape it in one go without damaging the galvanized layer

As shown in the picture, there is a sample from someone else: a galvanized steel pipe measuring 48x2 mm, which requires internal flanging. Is there anyone who can make a mold for this?
I have an idea: fix the steel pipe in place, use a high-speed hydraulic press along with a die designed to expand the pipe, so as to increase its diameter and thin its walls to make it easier to process. I’m worried that the galvanized pipe might crack; after that, a convex die would be used to punch inside the pipe. I’m not sure if this approach will yield the desired result – I hope experts can give me some advice
This is impossible. The coating cannot be stretched evenly along with the metal without cracking.
