It’s a very practical issue. . I wonder if anyone has ever encountered a situation where a piece of equipment in the factory stopped working. The original manufacturer can no longer handle it. We are now looking for new manufacturers to work with; sometimes they aren’t particularly well-known companies. It’s possible that there isn’t even a proper official website available online. Find the manufacturer, discuss the situation, and finalize a plan. . Now, the crucial part comes. How can one find out about this manufacturer’s business capabilities as quickly as possible? What is the quality of what has been done? (There’s no need to talk about what the contract stipulates regarding quality or various guarantees – it’s completely useless.) It affected production, and the losses cannot be made up for by a single contract. Let’s all talk about the situations we’ve encountered.
Anyway, it can’t be judged by appearance; roll up one’s sleeves and get to work! You can ask some technical questions to check the performance~
Look at the company’s hardware, personnel, and management
It mainly depends on its customers – whether they are large clients such as CNPC, Sinopec, or Shenhua. Just as McDonald’s has a thousand criteria for choosing new locations, the last one is: if there’s a KFC nearby, all the previous criteria can be disregarded. Why? Because large companies such as CNPC, Sinopec, and Shenhua have strict, dynamic supplier selection processes; if a company is chosen by them, it must be of high quality in every aspect.
That’s actually a good idea, if they can indeed reach those customers.
