Issues regarding the fire suppression ring piping in hydrogenation reactors

Dear everyone, are steam fire suppression loops installed at the flange connections at the top and bottom outlets of the hydrogenation reactor? Are there any specific regulations regarding the distance between the steam fire suppression loops and the flanges, the size and spacing of the openings in these loops, as well as the specifications for the fire suppression steam? Or are there any particular practices in this regard? I welcome any guidance from you all.
Just let a little steam out; increase the flow only when a fire breaks out. The main valve is located quite far from the site
The direction of the opening must be directly facing the flange; it is generally located in the gap between the bolt holes, and ideally it should lead straight to the location of the gasket. It is best to set the drain point for the entire pipeline in advance to prevent freezing in winter.

They are all set up to remain off normally, with activation only when needed. The steam valves for the protection rings are located quite far away and are clearly marked.
